Children from throughout the State compete in sportswear and party clothes. Age groups range from 4 to 13 years. The Thursday evening Junior Royalty Parade and Saturday's Grand Feature Parade are the highlights of their reign as Junior Festival Royalty. The pagaent is open to both boys and girls.

Registration Date/Time: March 9, 2013 @ 9:00am

Location: Buckhannon-Upshur High School Auditorium

Participants: Age groups from 4 to 13 years of age
