St. Joseph's Hospital

St. Joseph’s Hospital is a proud sponsor of the 75th Annual West Virginia Strawberry Festival. Founded by the Sisters of the Pallottine Missionary Society, the hospital celebrated its 95th year of service to the community in March of this year.In October of 2015, St. Joseph’s Hospital announced the completion of a transfer to the United Hospital Center. 

            By joining forces with the United Hospital Center and WVU Medicine, St. Joseph’s will ensure that it will continue to provide excellent care to the community and improved access to the resources at UHC and WVU Medicine. St. Joseph’s Hospital was recently named as one of the top 20 Critical Access Hospitals in the nation by iVantage for its quality measures; has been recognized by U. S. News and World Report for the best Nursing Care Facility in the state; and was honored by the Women’s Choice Awards as one of America’s Best Hospitals for Emergency Care.
