This competition is for children ages 6 years and younger. Children are judged on the color of their "Strawberry Blonde" hair! The WV Strawberry Queen, her court and the Strawberry King have the hard job of selecting the winners at this event. Prizes are awarded and the winners are invited to participate in the Junior Royalty Parade Thursday evening
